Gai Choy (Swatow Mustard)

Choose healthy plants and stop harvesting them.

Allow plants to bolt, flower and form seed pods. Let the pods turn brown and dry, then cut the stalks before the pods shatter.

Finish drying under cover, thresh the pods and store the dry seed.
