New Guinea Bean / Cucuzza

Choose one or more healthy fruit and do not harvest them for eating.

Leave them on the vine until fully mature and the outer shell becomes hard. Allow the fruit and seeds to mature as far as possible before frost.

Remove the mature seeds, clean away pulp and dry them thoroughly before storage.
